Maple Leaf Mills needed a compact, high-capacity circular vibratory sifter to separate fines from livestock feed pellets while trying to scale up operations in their Komoka, Ontario-based animal feed manufacturing facility. Fines in animal feed are usually viewed as waste, as animals typically won’t consume them.

The vibrating screener separates crumbs into two different sizes while also carefully screening out fines. The previously wasted fines are then recycled to an animal feed pelletizer, where they can then be made into livestock feed pellets.
